LET’S MOVE MOUNTAINS
We’ve seen over the past few months how war in the Middle East has the capacity to impact the world. At the same time, we know that it is God who “changes times and seasons; He removes kings and sets up kings” (Daniel 2:21a) and believe God is shaking kingdoms “in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain” (Hebrews 12:27b).
He also “gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding” (Daniel 2:21b). Therefore, for seven Fridays from January 30 to March 13, Mandate 2 of Aglow International Canada hosted a Zoom call to pray for Iran and Israel, for the Isaiah 19 Highway, and for Muslims during the Ramadan fast.
Currently, we are focusing our attention on the National Prayer Breakfast, the first-ever Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast and our own Aglow Canada Prayer Summit in Ottawa from March 23-28. Ottawa will be filled with Christian intercession as Bill C-9 is potentially receiving its third reading and vote in Parliament.
