Who We Are

HomeWho We Are

Our Identity

Aglow International is a global Kingdom movement of women and men called to stand firm in a changing world, speak God’s truth into every situation, and align earthly circumstances with Heaven’s plans. Above all, we carry His Presence, bringing the light of His love and glory wherever we go.

Aglow International Canada is a distinctly Canadian expression of Aglow International. We were part of the spontaneous, organic and supernatural pathway of the Holy Spirit that flowed from Seattle, where the first Aglow group developed, to Victoria, then Vancouver and across Canada, inaugurating the international aspect of Aglow. Aglow International President, Jane Hansen Hoyt, said about Aglow Canada,

“You heard something, you felt something in the spirit realm, you saw something, and you moved with it! And that is one of the strongest aspects of Aglow Canada. You are followers of the Holy Spirit. You hunger for the Holy Spirit. You desire to know what He’s saying, where He’s leading, and you follow…It’s because of your heart for God and your ear towards the Holy Spirit.” (National Day of Prayer for Aglow, April 20, 2020)

She acknowledged Aglow Canada as a pacesetter in our nation and for Aglow International.

Our Vision
