Aglow International Canada hosted a Day of Prayer Online Monday April 20th, 2020. With the ranks of intercessors and prayer warriors we have within Aglow, we called for the warriors and frontline intercessors to tap into the heart of God. We wanted to lay hold of the moment to pray and declare what was and is on the heart of God in this hour.
For nearly 8 years, we have been training for the future. None of us, however, could have imagined the situation in which we find ourselves today. There is an emerging sound coming out of the throne room of heaven that is transcending all our limitations. The throne of heaven is calling us away from the pattern and routines of the last era. God is in control of the universe. His plan for our lives exists in the depths of His heart. He’s ready to give His people a glimpse of the future. God is at work establishing our dependence on Him, compelling us by His love to surrender all to Him. We are at the crossover to be all that He intended us to be in this generation.
“Acquaint now yourself with Him [agree with God and show yourself to be conformed to His will] and be at peace; by that [you shall prosper and great] good shall come to you. Receive, I pray you, the law and instruction from His mouth and lay up His words in your heart. If you return to the Almighty [and submit and humble yourself before Him], you will be built up; if you put away unrighteousness far from your tents, If you lay gold in the dust, and the gold of Ophir among the stones of the brook [considering them of little worth], And make the Almighty your gold and [the Lord] your precious silver treasure, Then you will have delight in the Almighty, and you will lift up your face to God. You will make your prayer to Him, and He will hear you, and you will pay your vows. You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of God’s favor] shall shine upon your ways.
